Two official channels, and how to tell the real DragonSIM from an impostor
DragonSIM has exactly two official channels, and both reach the same support. That's the whole list — anyone writing to you from anywhere else isn't us, however convincing their profile looks.
Check the channel before you trust the name.
The right channel depends on whether an order exists yet
Before you order
Ask on Telegram. Nothing about countries, formats or what's available needs an order number attached to it.
Once you have an order
Reply to your order email. We opened that thread, so you know who is at the other end of it.
When it isn't us
Support doesn't start conversations. If a message lands unprompted and starts pushing you toward a decision, it didn't come from us — whatever name sits at the top of the chat.
- We never write first in private. If we're talking, it's because you started it.
- Nobody here rushes you. Countdowns, warnings that your order is about to expire and pressure to decide now all come from someone who is not us.
- There's no "manager" to pay, and no reason to settle up anywhere but the site.
- An unofficial account isn't us. Before you reply, check it against the channel linked on this page.
DragonSIM never asks for
- Account passwords
- Wallet seed phrases
- Private keys
- Payment outside the site
- Transfers to a "manager"
How long a reply takes
It depends on the situation, and on whether the order has to be checked before anyone can answer. We won't put a number on it, because a figure we couldn't stand behind would be worth nothing to you. If something has gone wrong with an order you've already placed, the support page sets out what to send and what happens next.
Where to write
Telegram before you order, your order email afterwards. Either way, the same people read it.
